The newly invented [Cool Cap®] has been granted Patent No. 6920576 as a cool cap that provides both heatstroke and UV protection !

The outer fabric of the hat is made of a high-performance material with a UV blocking rate of 99% , while the inner fabric is made of a xylitol-permeable material that becomes cool when it comes into contact with sweat or moisture, making it a two-layer structure.

Just fill a portable pouch with water, dip your hat in it, put it on and you'll feel cooler instantly!

What is the difference between "contact cooling" and "sustained cooling"?

"Cool to the touch" is a "temporary" cooling material that feels cool only when you touch it. In contrast, "sustained cooling" is a material in which the xylitol permeates the material and reacts with sweat and water to maintain the coolness over and over again.

The midsummer sun shines relentlessly and relentlessly. When the outside temperature reaches 38 to 40 degrees, your head will heat up and you need to take measures to prevent heatstroke!

Direct sunlight under the hot sun can cause your head to heat up, but the inside of the Cool Cap® sports cap stays cool and cozy !

Cool temperature measurement chart

The measurement test was done with the ambient temperature set at 35 degrees. The red line shows the temperature rising to 32 degrees and then returning to the ambient temperature. In contrast, the blue line shows the "Cool Cap" at 27.5 degrees, a difference of 7.6 degrees. When it reacts to sweat or water, it keeps the temperature at 27.5 degrees and maintains the coolness.

An astonishing 99% UV protection!

Direct sunlight is not only the biggest enemy to the head, but ultraviolet rays also pour down mercilessly at the same time, so blocking out intense ultraviolet rays is an important way to prevent heatstroke.

Easy cap "how to use"!

  1. Just put it on! When doing intense sports, a lot of sweat comes out of your head, and the "Cool Cap" absorbs the sweat and keeps you cool.

  2. Dip it in your mobile pouch!

If you want to cool it down quickly, fill a plastic bottle with water in your mobile pouch and soak the hat in it! (You can reuse the water even if it gets warm.)

Why does a cool cap make you feel cool?

A hat is made of an amazing number of parts. The "Cool Cap® " uses a "sustained cooling" material for all parts of the lining. This allows the sweat from the head to be absorbed and cooled by a xylitol reaction. Also, when immersed in water, the head becomes cool as a "rapid cooling sensation."

Double bonded structure!

The "Cool Cap®" sports cap is made by bonding two pieces of material, A and B. The surface material blocks 99% of UV rays, and the honeycomb fabric on the back absorbs sweat and reacts with a cooling sensation. Each part effectively provides cooling and UV protection.

Adjustable to fit both men and women!

Adjustable size adjuster, unisex
